SYNLUBE PB is a superior liquid that provides excellent lubrication and anti-stat properties to PET containers. It is chemically and physically stable. SYNLUBE PB combats the electrostatic tendency of PET plastic and provides lubricity for automated packaging and filling of PET containers.
SYNLUBE PB should typically be diluted in the range 1:20 to 1:30 with water and applied to the containers by drip, dip, roller, spray or similar suitable methods. Actual usage concentrations will vary dependent upon the needs of the system.
The components of SYNLUBE PB conform to one or more of the following sections of 21 CFR: 172.515, 172.860, 173.315, 173.340, 175.105, 175.300, 176.180, 177.1200, 177.2600, 178.3400, 182.70, 182.90 and 184.1505.
SYNLUBE PB is acceptable for use in food and beverage plants based upon U.S.D.A. guidelines. SYNLUBE PB meets the previously accepted guidelines for use as an H1 lubricant with incidental contact.

Madison Chemical Introduces New Food Industry Section To Madchem.com Web Site
(Madison, Indiana, USA - April 15th, 2005) - As part of Madison Chemicals' continuing commitment to serving our customers, a new Food Industry Section has been added to the Madison Chemical Web Site (www.madchem.com).
This totally new section provides easy and fast reference to different Food Industry issues and reference materials. As an example, there is a chart that was developed to help our customers with sanitation issues that may arise at their plants. Not only does the chart identify common soil types, but it also allows the user to pick from different types of sanitizers and their uses.

Madison Chemical Adds Three New Features To Madchem.com Web Site
(Madison, Indiana, USA - January 31, 2005) - Madison Chemical has added three new features to the madchem.com website. These changes have been added to better serve customer's needs for information.
A new section on Abrasives and Lapping has been added, providing technical information on the process and methods of polishing and lapping, and provides more comprehensive information about Madison Chemical's LAP-FAST Abrasives line and also the Central Delivery System used to provide a better and more consistent distribution of LAP-FAST during the lapping and polishing process.
The second new feature is the Technical Request Form, available throughout the madchem.com web site. The form allows a prospective or current customer who is experiencing difficulty with an application or process to contact Madison Chemical for support and consultation. Through this form, various information regarding the Technical Request can be forwarded to the appropriate section and the client contacted for more information or consultation as necessary.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all of Madison Chemical's products are now available online. The MSDS can be located by the Master Index Page or may be referenced by A-Z, with special sections devoted to DART and COMPOUND named chemicals. The MSDS section was developed as an additional service by Madison Chemical for our customers to have access to this information more readily.

(Madison, Indiana, USA - Undated) - Madison Chemical announced the release of COMPOUND FR-960 for the metal finishing industry. COMPOUND FR-960 is an alkaline, organic, non-chrome final sealing rinse for phosphatized metal surfaces.
COMPOUND FR-960 promotes adhesion between the paint and the phosphate coating. Chrome and non-chrome rinses traditionally have provided passivation of the part surface, with chrome being the better passivator. COMPOUND FR-960 is superior!
