Each technical sales representative develops a program of service that meets your expectations and requirements. Our representatives inspect and audit the operational processes as well as provide technical service reports. We consult with management to maintain important communication links which may address issues concerning the chemical or operational process. We provide assistance with your sanitation operational procedures to ensure program consistency and compliance. We make certain all safety information is present at your facility, including Material Safety Data Sheets, labels and placards. Employees are trained on chemical safety programs. Our Material Safety Data Sheets and secondary container labels are formatted in both English and Spanish. |

LABORATORY
Our staff is complemented with state-of-the-art equipment which provides the technical support to resolve special cleaning needs, shelf life concerns or new process applications. Our equipment and staff can simulate production processes. On-site microbiological testing is available as a third party auditing service.
FOOD SAFETY AND BIO-SECURITY
We understand food safety and bio-security are important issues to our customers. We inspect shipments and offer “tamper-proof” safety packaging. We are available to assist with your HACCP and food security programs.
