FASTBOND IT!
FASTBOND CP is a liquid cleaner phosphatizing agent for use in immersion applications and recirculating spray washers. It contains low foaming detergents, phosphates and activators for cleaning metal and plastic surfaces, and forms a uniform iron phosphate conversion coatings in the range of 25 to 100 mgs./ft2. Detergency of FASTBOND CP may be boosted, if required, by the addition of DART 271-RV detergent booster.
FASTBOND CP-52 is a specially enhanced version of FASTBOND CP. It contains activators to form a uniform phosphate conversion coating in the range of 25 to 100 mgs./ft2 on ferrous, aluminum and zinc metals. The detergency of FASTBOND CP-52 is superior for removal of particulate soils including weld stains.
FASTBOND CP EXTRA is a liquid phosphatizing agent for use in immersion applications and recirculating spray washers with four stages or more. It contains phosphates and activators to form a uniform phosphate conversion coating in the range of 20 to 100 mgs./ft2 on ferrous, aluminum and zinc alloys.

COMPOUND LCP-60 is a liquid cleaner - phosphatizing agent for use in recirculating spray washers that contains low foaming detergents, phosphates and activators for cleaning metal and plastic surfaces. It forms a uniform iron phosphate conversion coating at room temperature (70oF.) in the range of 25 to 70 mgs./ft2 on ferrous metals. Detergency of COMPOUND LCP-60 may be boosted, if required, by the addition of DART 271.
COMPOUND LCP-60-NDA is a liquid phosphatizing agent for use in immersion applications and recirculating spray washers with four stages or more. It forms a uniform iron phosphate conversion coating on precleaned ferrous metals in the range of 25 to 70 mgs./ft2 . COMPOUND LCP-60-NDA chemically changes the surface to provide a continuous conversion coating that is highly corrosion resistant. COMPOUND LCP-60-NDA is recommended for preparing ferrous, aluminum and zinc metals for automotive, appliance and other applications where excellent corrosion resistance is necessary.
